OVERVIEW
GSM Car Alarm is a device to control vehicles security system with GSM phone interface. It allows users to control the alarm via mobile phones. The device was nicknamed ANTS (Alarm Notification through Telecommunication System) in 4th IITELMIT EXHIBITION, Jakarta 2003.
TECHNICAL ASPECT
The device uses AT8051 microcontroller and several digital ICs for handling input/output. It uses dual 9V servo motors to control each respective wheel.
ACHIEVEMENT
GSM Car Alarm was displayed in the following Expos:
- 4th IITELMIT EXHIBITION, Jakarta, May 2003
PUBLICATION
Nicknamed ANTS (Alarm Notification through Telecommunication System), the device was published in KABELVISION Bulletin, Indonesia, July 2003 edition, page 55.
